Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your paid billing period — no prorated refunds, no lock-in.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
All your estimates, PARs, and jobs are preserved. If you have more than 5 recurring contracts, the additional ones are paused (not deleted) until you re-upgrade. Sub-contractors lose portal access.
Is there a free trial for Multi-Crew?
Yes — 14 days free. You'll be asked for a card upfront (like every subscription service), but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
What does "sub-contractor portal" mean?
You invite a sub by email. They receive a magic link and see only the jobs you've assigned to them — Gatekeeper checks, chemical logs, and photos. They cannot see your pricing, customer contact info, or other crews.
How does billing work?
Flat $80/month per account. Billed via Stripe on the same day each month. Manage your payment method, download invoices, and cancel from /settings/billing anytime.
