Nevada Division of Environmental Protection NPDES Industrial Stormwater General Permit NVR100000 requires full wastewater containment and pH documentation for industrial cleaning operations. Concrete loading docks present extreme pH challenges (pH 12.1 baseline). All runoff was captured in portable sumps and vacuum-recovered prior to neutralization.
