Client acknowledges that commercial pressure washing involves high-pressure water (up to 4,000+ PSI) and chemical cleaning agents including surfactants and sodium hypochlorite solutions. Results may vary based on surface condition, age, and porosity.

Contractor shall not be liable for damage to: (1) surfaces with pre-existing deterioration as documented above; (2) surfaces or coatings not rated for pressure washing; (3) items, vehicles, or personal property not removed from the work area prior to service; (4) normal water infiltration through pre-existing cracks, gaps, or openings; or (5) discoloration resulting from chemical reactions with aged or treated surfaces.

Contractor's total liability for any claim arising from this service shall not exceed the total contract price paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from contractor's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

1. Alert crew and evacuate area if large spill or strong fume release.
2. Stop source of spill immediately if safe to do so.
3. Contain with absorbent material (kitty litter, vermiculite, or dry sand).
4. DO NOT wash spill down storm drains — environmental violation and heavy fines.
5. Neutralize if applicable per SDS instructions.
6. Dispose of contaminated absorbent per local hazardous waste regulations.
7. Report spills >5 gallons to company safety officer and local authorities as required.
